Before You Submit Your Ad

You can upload your ad copy and artwork through our Upload Center. You’ll need your order number, which is listed on your invoice. If you’re unable to locate it, email [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.

Our production team will review your files to ensure they meet all specifications. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll reach out promptly with guidance.

Yes! Design support is available and is included with select advertising packages. If it’s not part of your package, it can be added for an additional charge. Your Naylor representative can help coordinate creative services as needed.

During Your Campaign

Performance reports are available in the Advertiser Portal. Please use the login credentials shared by your account executive. For Targeted Advertising campaigns, reports can be accessed at any time using the reporting link provided by your account executive. If you’re having trouble accessing either option, please contact your account executive or email [email protected].

Updates may be possible depending on the production schedule. Reach out to your Naylor representative immediately if you need to make changes.

You’ll receive confirmation and/or a copy of the publication (print or digital) once your campaign goes live.

Billing & Support

Invoices can be paid via our Online Payment Portal. For payment questions or assistance, contact our billing team at [email protected].

Campaign Strategy & Targeting

Your Naylor representative will work with you to understand your audience and objectives, and recommend a mix of print, digital, targeted advertising, event, and/or sponsored content placements that align with your goals.

Yes, we offer bundled packages and multi-association buys to maximize your reach and streamline the process. Ask your Naylor representative about cross-industry or multi-association options.

Technical Questions

We accept high-resolution PDFs for print, and JPG, PNG, GIF, or HTML5 formats for digital ads. Visit our Ad Specs & Guidelines page for detailed requirements.

If your file exceeds the upload limit, email [email protected] and we’ll provide an alternate method for submission.

Post-Campaign

Yes, as long as the specs match and your usage rights permit it. If updates are needed, our design team can help refresh or reformat your materials. Design services are included in some ad packages or available for an additional fee.

Your Naylor rep will follow up before your campaign ends with renewal options. You can also reach out at any time to adjust your placement schedule.

Yes, campaign reports will be available in your Advertiser Portal and/or shared by your Naylor representative, depending on the campaign type.
